That must be a mistake. I cannot imagine why they would do that...

Naz,
At least you get the upgrade for the advanced! In the UK, we get it for neither, we pay for both!
I can't afford to move to either the States or Australia unfortunately. Thank you Dell.

Well at least In the UK we actually can get a confirmed price now.
Its on their website for £19.00 +VAT

So even though Dell appear to be using the exchange rate of £1.00=$1.00 its better than the £30.00 I was quoted - And its postage free

I'm still not happy that those of us that purchased after 23rd May have to pay though - But I'll probably pay up for it after a while ( I hope it aint a time limited offer???)

We don't get the upgrade for free. I don't know if we get it at all. This is if you buy it after 23 June, not May, i.e. we can't even get a brand new basic axim shipped with MM2003

Sorry Naz, thought you said May, not June. Must be getting excited about the upgrade being available! What a lot happens in 24 hours!
Regards

Not sure you got this right - in US the price is $29

therefore not £1=$1

Lets not go upseting our friends across the water with inaccurate accusations;)

I just ordered the upgrade from Dell here in Norway. Got it for NOK 219,00 +VAT, Thats roughly $30,40... not too bad in my eyes. Espesially when you think of the overprice we pay for the Axim itself :rolling:
