If any kid was a good candidate for some corporal punishement, it would be this one. The feel of leather on your @$$ seems to really change one's attitude and actions. I know it certainly worked for me.

LOL I'd grill him and the parents in court. I was thirteen not even a decade ago, I knew what was what at that age.

Maybe if it were 3 charges I'd be saying different but 100+ charges? Hell 10 charges is alot. His parents are pathetic, no child at that age should be acting that way. His beating of a witness should've sent the message that he is fully aware of his doings and consequences...
