Hey folks,

I entered a song in a contest with a radio station, in support of our NHL team as we get close to the playoffs. If any of you have time, go to the provided link (it's for 107.5 The River in Nashville, TN) and vote for song #2. Yes, that's me singing, and No, I won't quit my day job!

By the way, thanks for paying such a high price for Forsberg. Upshall (the throw in on the deal) has played really well on the Flyers (even though that's not hard to do this year).

Yeah, I saw where Upshall scored a goal in his first game as a Flyer. While many of us were unhappy to see him go, especially with the uncertainty over Forsberg, some of us were glad that Upshall was going to get playing time. I think this trade will go down as one of those last-minute deals that just didn't pan out as well as hoped

. There have been some hints in Forsberg's play of just how good he can be, but definitely not worth what the Preds gave up ... of course, the rest of the team is crashing and burning, too, so can't blame it on Forsberg.

I think it will be a short post-season run for us
