Sprite backup for PC? Fax to email?

Is there a program that is like the Sprite backup but for PC's. My wife needs one that will completely backup her notebook and if necessary we can just do a complete re-install just like the Sprite program does.

Also need a Fax to Email thing so she can fax reports and releases to fax numbers from her computer and then receive same back to her computer.

What's out there and what's best?

Thanks for the help

That sounds like a good idea. I should use backup software too. Here's what pcworld.com had to say: link

I use Synback to backup my many PC's to an networked HD. http://2brightsparks.com/

I also use it to Syn my Music and video collections to its HD.

I do not backup the the whole PC because I find that I when I want to reformat a PC I do not always put back on all the same programs. Some programs are not longer needed, so why put them back on.

I do have a Ghost restore disk for each PC with all the basic programs. Once I do the restore, I update and burn a new restore disk. Then install all other programs...
