My name given at birth means jade, the green stone. Law is what I do; I just graduated from law school. I usually use jade-law. However, I am tired of facetious remarks like "are you really Jude Law?" So I decided to go with jaded-law for this forum, although I am prolly more optimistic about our justice system than jaded by it.

What do you guys think? Is jade-law too corny? Should I change it?

Mine refers to my former job as an assistant district attorney, or a "DA." As it's former, it's sort of like "ex-DA." Thus: xdalaw. I just wanted something that would be easy to remember.

At some point I referred to myself in the third person at work....the name kinda stuck.

Now I tell people I refer to myself in the third person to keep my sanity...
