Found some specific stats, check this!!! LOL sony's peuny proccessor, I hate to put this on here though, I beleive in sony anyways check it... They are different specs but I think you can figure it out going by the proccessors and ram, lol! its funny, my handspring pda has almost the same proccesor as PS2!...

Sony is putting out a new version of the Playstation. I'm not sure what they're changing, but I don't think it's any better than what the Xbox has. I say go with the Xbox. A lot of the newer good games being put out for Playstation are also going to come out on Xbox. Take Metal Gear Solid for instance. Not only did it come out for Xbox, it had better graphics and some other extras.

Also...Halo and Halo 2 (due in March)

x box is the best at the time, then and later is a different story im sure microsoft will be ahead of the game, just check out sony's ppcs' proccessors and memory, then their prices

I honestly think its the palm os draggin them down though

It depends on what type games you like some are better on x then PS but some vis vera. Also us PS people dont have to pay to get online.

First, Xbox is the most powerful game system with the best graphics. But people were still getting ps2 because they had better games and more selection. Now that xbox has been out for a long time all the new and really good games that are on ps2 are on xbox. Most of the games out are on both systems with the exeption of Halo being on Xbox and GTA being on ps2 and some others. Ps2 WAS the best overall because of the games but now that xbox has tons of games it is. Why get a ps2 and have to deal with its graphics when you can get an xbox with the same games with really good graphics and its better features.............. XBOX IS THE BEST!

ps2's emotion engine is so difficult to program for. technically its more powerful than the xbox's but hardly anyone wants to do it because its so labor-intensive. this came from electronic gamer magazine, and ive heard it numerous other places. the sdk for ps2 costs around 33 grand i believe. im lookig to trade in my ps2 for an xbox because my friends all have rainbow 6 3 and play on live, and socom has just gotten boring
