Refurbished Handhelds

To Dell People:

I've been trying to get a Dell Refurbished Handheld, but they keep transferring me all over the place and then one guy said that I cannot order it over the phone... I don't want to order it online, so why do I have to?

Or can anyone help me over the phone to get a good deal today? I wanted the refurbished Axim with foldable keyboard for 324 today, but the sale ends tonight I think for the 50 dollars off...

HELP!

Oh Yeah; I got this one guy on the phone who kept saying he'd match the price but wanted all my credit information before telling me anything first... *HURM*

Hmm, I got a refurbished on the net for $259 (the advanced, 400mhz). I'm not sure about ordering it over the phone, don't see why they wouldn't do that, stupid if they won't.

Weird--- I've ordered 3 refubished Dell products but always over the website. I just checked and there is not a number there to order by phone. Now why would you do that Dell??:rolling:
