My guess would be, that if they are in the "building" stage, then they have indeed fixed the issues with the "Firmware/2003 OS".

I for one am thrilled for you. Its about time. Lets just hope that they don't let you down again.

Me on the other hand have to wait until the "8th" of August to receive mine. Though one thing, my shipping date has yet to change sine I firest ordered mine on the 17th of July.
