I ordered a replacement Axim on the 13th, and received itthe 15th. That same day I called Airborne Express to pick the package up. I couldn't put my return address anywhere because a Dell sticker was covering that area. It already had Dell's address in the "To:" box, so I left it as it was and placed the sticker on the package. Well, it's 9 days later and neither Dell or AirBorne Express has any idea that it was shipped. ABE says that nothing was shipped from my address, and Dell says that they never received anything. And now I'm being charged 326 dollars that I don't have. Does anybody have any suggestions? TIA.

Did you get a copy of the Airbill? If not you might just be stuck.

In the past I've returned damaged laptop parts back to Dell and have always request a copy of the Airbill, thats the only way you're protected.
