Mad customer care refuses to help me

I have made a order for 2 axims and sent the money 1 day mail in the form of usp money orders. The sales agent who took my order said it would be processed in 1 daY of recieving payment. My order was never processed it was cancelled and is now labeled fraudulent for some unknown reason. No one at customer care will tell me why this is or where my money is.I have proof they recieved the payment,Now a simple order for some axims to make my life easier has turned into having to hire a lawyer to find out where my money is.I have gotten no help from customer care and do not know what else to do...my customer # is 33418597

I don't know what to say other than I would keep calling and asking to speak to some one higher than the person you are talking to. Make sure you get the name of the rep you placed the order with and the name of every person you talk to

I would also check with the US Postal service (USP, right?). They might have some sort of remedy. SInce this is mail order, isn't this mail fraud? You might be able to get the Postmaster to give 'ol Dell a call!

Also make sure you post on the Dell forums if you have not done so already. If or when you do, please put the link here to the thread as I would like to see how Dell answers this one...

Please let us know how it works out.

Mad dell is ripping me off

dell has not sent me my order, they reinstated it briefly with new order #s but when the ship date came around they erased my order #s again! this company is the worst they have robbed me for 800$ and now I have to take legal action to get it back. This has been my worst experience as a consumer ever!

Did you follow up with the post office about the postal money orders and mail fraud?

Solving it that way might be cheaper and faster...

Write letters, yes a lost art form in this day and age but it is truly more effective than a phone call and with copies it gives you a more defendable position for legal action. Make sure to send them certified as well.

Call during regular business hours and insist that the call be escalated. They may not connect you with a manager immediately, but eventually they should fill out an escalation form for you. Then someone will contact you.

Refuse, absolutely and politely, to get off of this call until you have an escalation number or have spoken to a manager.
