I only wanted to shoot him a little bit

Man wakes up with headache, shot by wife

PORT ST. LUCIE, Fla. (AP) — A man who woke up in the middle of the night with a terrible headache, ended up having a bullet lodged in his head. His wife was arrested.

St. Lucie County Sheriff's deputies initially thought Michael Eugene Moylan had been hit by a stray bullet, but later realized the couples' story did not match up.

Sheriff Ken Mascara says the woman was arrested today and charged with attempted murder.

Moylan woke up early this morning and thought he had suffered an aneurism or that his wife had elbowed him in his sleep.

His wife drove him to the hospital where doctors said a bullet had lodged behind his right ear. Authorities obtained a search warrant for the couple's home, located in an upscale gated community, and arrested the wife.

Authorities say Moylan did not undergo surgery, but was transferred to a trauma facility.
Well, I don't know what started it, but if they had a REAL gun, it would have ended it...

This was probably the same gun used to punch the holes in the voting tickets during the Gore v. Bush presidential election...

I am sort of surprised that she shot him the head behind his EAR and the sound didn't wake him up either???

The force of the shot probably knocked him unconcious even if it didn't kill him outright.

reminds me of Billy Gardell:

Son: Dad, why are you in the garage?
Dad: Do you hear that?
Son: No, I don't hear anything.
Dad: That's why I'm in the Garage.

It might have been an ABF type "gun".

Obviously she was angry!

Was "hubby" out all night or just late?

Why do you think he did something wrong? She could have just done it without a reason.
