That's a video card, not a wifi card.
I don't think that's a good card because so far, Radeons do not support XvMC, which is important for HDTV decoding.

$20 got me a GeForce FX 5500 256MB that does support XvMC, very well too. And I can tell you that the 64 bit drivers for it are some of the best.
