Sounds like if you want a good phone get a smartphone, or even better, one with wm on it.

All the hacks and good programs are already out for it.

Also, make sure it has a battery latch like the axims, that only requires a first grade education to learn how to open it.

I got the iPhone, and while I think there are still some bugs, it's great for me, though I can definitely understand how the lack of hardware buttons would make someone hate it. But the screen is gorgeous, the application support could be better, but the lack of games doesn't bother me, though I am sure it would bother many people, especially after they paid $600 for this device. I really like the iPhone, I really do, though I think Apple could have done a better job of smoothing out the edges.

litterally, be careful when you move your fingers over the headphone jack, apparently a couple people have cut their fingers wide open on it. its actaully pretty sharp and you will hurt yourself if your not paying attention, or you can try just having the headphone jack facing down in your pocket.
