Clearly an example of the first steps of evolutionary adaptation of Bos taurus towards it flying descentant-to-be, Bos volaticus (see first enclosed picture).

The second image I enclosed shows two camouflaged evolutionary biologists examining another free-falling Bos speciment for morphological changes. Alas, only vestigal nubs were found where wings should have been and terminal velocity subsequently converted the intermediary specimen to Bos nowhambugerus.
