I purchased a bluetooth keyboard online for my touch HTC phone from Pocket Solutions. The day I placed the order, 01/18/08, they showed the keyboard as an accessory on their website. When I received the keyboard, the packing list listed the keyboard as the PSI-42105 HTC Touch Bluetooth Keyboard. When I tried to add the keyboard to my phone, it did not work. Now, 5 days later, the keyboard is not listed on their website. There is no phone number on any of Pocket Soultion's paperwork or website. Can your see were I am going with this? I have filled out the necessary online forms, but have not receive any response. It might be a good idea to stay clear of Pocket Solutions!

I received a call from Pocket Solutions on 01/24/08 and they agreed to take back the keyboard with full credit and pay return shipping. I think I burned out the bluetooth hardware on my Sprint Touch HTC phone attempting to "pair" the keyboard to my phone. I received a new phone from Sprint yesterday and will be very cautious in the future.
