For two or three days, I bypassed this thread--couldn't really have been about jerky, could it? Finally took a nibble (as it were) and, well, lookadere.
I do love jerky, but it's difficult to find jerky without chemicals. The only jerky I don't eat is the very picante types--I have a throat condition, damn. It's a great way for people who aren't crazy about meat but need animal protein to get their daily allotment and it's easy to eat anywhere.

It is easily the most flavorful beef jerky I have ever
tasted! This jerky tastes like how jerky SHOULD taste! No other jerky
that I have tried has even come close!
I got the same deal as aximfan, all I know is that they were delivered. As soon as I get back, I will be gnawing on those.

I got my order a couple of days ago--one of each. As I said, I eat it for lunch, dinner, whenever I need to goose up my protein intake. I also eat it for a snack instead of eating a sweet. A Chinese friend of mine says that when you crave sugar, it means you need protein. If the last two days were any indication, he's right.
Anyway, I love GLJ jerky--tastes good and doesn't have all those chemicals that almost every other jerky does. I recommend it to all.
One request: Any chance for a non-picante flavor? A member of my family has a hyperactive choke reflex and picante things often set it off.
Flavor #32 "PRD" has no chiles at all. Rosemary, Thyme and a bit of horseradish(not hot).
