Not seeing the point of twitter at all. In fact I only signed up to get some status messages about when a couple of podcasts where being released.
But I've started playing with it and see its kind of fun. Mobilitysite even has its own twitter feed Twitter / mobilitysite so you can get the latest headlines updated as they happen.
Anyway.. if you do twitter, whats the best way of doing it on a wm device?

I twitter... here and there. Quite infrequent, but I am trying.

Outside of tech circles, I don't think it's a particularly useful business/productivity tool. At most, it's just a bit of fun. I personally prefer to keep my "social networking" to a minimum, as it inevitably impacts upon my work. My methods of communication:
Email (both business and personal)
Facebook
Telephone
Snail mail
SMS
I block/ignore all other methods, including IM, Twitter, Pownce, etc.

Martin...
I agree, unless you are in the business of self promotion (which I'm clearly not) then twittter really isn't a business tool at all..
What it is though is a great way to hear what people are up to. I was reading a book by a scifi author today, and subscribed to his twitter feed. And he took the time to say hello to me and we exchanged a couple of message.
For those who don't know.. Twitter is like that little thing at the top of facebook which says 'Psionandy is .......' and people update it on a regular basis, message each other etc. Like a tiny microblog that you can update on your mobile phone.
