Which movie to rent next?

I ran out of movies on my Blockbuster que, I just can't think of any movie to add there that I know won't bore me to death.
Just watched no country for old man, boring, could not hold my eyes open, went to get toothpicks, returned, movie had ended!

Just need some good movies.. Or maybe I should cancel, and save $9/month...

V for Vendetta was wild..this is a hard request because everyone's taste is so very different.
..Tombstone is always good to watch, but then again, I'm the kinda person who can watch movies many times picking up things I had previously missed etc..
*Enjoy*

I agree with AnnamariaNJ that V for Vendetta is a good film. If you like that, you may also enjoy Sin City.

Last night, I watched 300 and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Beowulf put me to sleep 3 times, so I gave up on it.
I loved No Country for Old Men
300 Rocked, but had little in the way of fact.... so what, it was still cool.
Juno was a cute, campy film... Not too bad for a chick flick
The Bucket list was ok... But I like Jack Nicholson movies

If you like action, try Alien and Aliens. They're oldies but goodies. The rest of the series suck though. I heard Revolver was ok but I have'nt seen it yet.

also see "Shoot em up" it is like an old kung fu movie, except they use guns with infinite numbers of bullets

Great thread idea, hyedipin. Anamaria beat me to it but V for vedeta is awesome. some others I'd recomend are A scanner darkly, shawn of the dead, Zulu or mayby Brazil. I'll try to think of more later.

V for Vendetta was OK, but nothing special. However, I loved Equilibrium, that movie was great. I think I am a sucker for Christian Bale's acting. That guy is pretty damn good.
I just watched 3:10 to Yuma and Eastern Promises, both were great movies overall, both ended pretty badly.

Thanks. I just added The Island to my que.

What about the extended versions of The Lord of the Rings? After all, they're all good films in their own right and the ten hours or so that it'll take to watch them should use up some of your free time

And the best part of them is that nowhere in those 10 hours, does Jar Jar appear...

I love the effects and overall story, but for some reason LOTR puts me to sleep. Sorry. Just too damn long.
However, I can watch Godfather series back to back with no problem.
