any office 2007 users here?

I have 3 questions that perhaps you could help me with

1. Where is the help key/menu located in 2007?

2. Is there anyway to store a document to multiple files/locations at the same time? IE I want so store to a network shared folder and to a external drive at the same time.

3. In my office 2007 word, it looks like my lines are 2 spacing by default. Where can I change that?

Thanks in advance

I can answer number 3 for you.

Go to "Page Layout" on the top menu and you will see an option for "Spacing". "After" should read 0pt instead of the default 10pt. That works for me.

I can answer number 2!

No, not currently or built in. You have to save it to the locations separately (or copy and paste the document). Office always works from one file at a time.

1 at the top right of every 2007 app theres a ? ... tapping that will bring you the help window for that app

2 ...no, just use "save as" and save it into wherever you want or in different places, or use 3rd party software that synchronises files/folders dynamically (windows vista can do this via saved search (sort of))

3 see nonentitys post above :)

The help is no longer available as the software has become so intuitive, that Help is just not necessary. Thanks Microsoft!

Real Answer: In Word there is a tiny question mark at the top right. Click it. Same in Excel.

No. But Microsoft offers a free sync toy software. I forgot exactly what it's called.

The software is so intuitive, all you have to do is imagine it, and it shall be.
Real Answer: Home Tab > Styles > right click Normal > click Modify > Under Formatting, click Double Space, or 1.5 space, or single space. Keep in mind that these are icons you are clicking.

Peace, I'm outta.

Thanks in advance

Well... I have 4 external drives hanging on my network now, accessible from either computer,( I found out one drive has failed, a maxtor :( ) I have my shared documents folders working, the only thing I dont have working is printer sharing and it's looking for driver.

Sync toy seems easy enough to use, and if it does what it says, it will save me loads of space on my drives, now that I down to only 1.3 terabytes.

Thanks for your help!
