Could anyone here suggest me a pocket pc for testing with IrDa?

I never had problems with my X5 when I was transferring songs to my old nokia phone via IrDA.

X5 Adv goes for just below $100, you can probably get X5 mid or low for $50/$60 on ebay.

Not totally related, but i was thinking of getting an old pocket pc with a wifi card and using it with my stereo system.

I could use the wifi for streaming radio, not much on the airwaves when your out in the middle of nowhere.

And i could also stream mp3s over my local network. Getting and old ppc would be much cheaper than setting up a media center pc or anything else.

Right now i just use my x50, but then i have to hook/unhook everything.

Um, also whats the cheapest latest pocket pc ?

A used X51 mid would probably be the best bet. The only appreciable differences between it and the iPaq 110 are the processor and WM6 (although there's a ROM in the works for the X51)

a used 3970 ipaq just sold for AUD $180 on ebay in aus... i was going to use it as my GPS to free up my 4700 but thats way too much for an old PDA...lol
