Making my portables play well together

I have a hp 4705, running wm2003, and a t-mobile mda. I could get the 4705 to sync fairly reliably before I got the mda and who knows what else happened.

I now have a dual boot, Windows media center/windows home computer. Cause I totally crashed my media center, found a windows home install disc, installed it and then used that, to load media center back in from an external drive that I had backed it up to.

I installed active sync 3.7, connected the 4705 and connected as guest and it seems to be working beautifully.

Can I sync the MDA with AS 3.7? I am seriously considering loading Outlook 2003 , phatnotes/phatpad and a couple other softwares that need to talk to a desktop into this partition and just using that partition for that purpose. To work with my portables.

I am running office 2007 on the media center side and I believe it won't talk to the outlook in my 4705.

Any thoughts
