Cleaning out a ppc

I have hard reset my 4705. I deleted everything on the SD card and took the cf card out.
When run ipaq picture viewer I am finding pictures that shouldn't be there.
What else can I do to clean everything out of my 4705?
Although... this maybe as good of a time as any to try WM6

Probably you might want also format ipaq file store or whatewer they call it. My old ipaq has this bildin file store which is not cleaning when you do hard reset. But there is bultin utility to format it.

After WM5+, the ipaq file store or built in storage on axims, disappeared. It is now right in there with the main memory, which sounds kind of nice, since i always forget about the bis.

ummm.."pictures that shouldn't be there..."?

That sounds....interesting.

Maybe this should be handled by Mulder and Scully...or at least Ed Meese.

go with an install of WM6.1.. i just tried sanjays V3_lite... it will blow away all files on the ipaq, the "filestore" which did survive a hard reset is now replaced by "persistant" storage. you dont actually "see" it anymore. but when you install into "default" location you are using it....
here is my new today screen

Show off your ppc today screen!

Thye hard reset does not clear the IPAQ FILE STORE - you need to do this manually.
