Be careful of the sugar free stuff if it is made with sugar alcohols. Too much of that can act as a violent laxative

Boy, you got that right with the sugar alcohols! I tried that to help control my blood glucose level. Did not work and had the side-effects.
Chris, the only "magic" in losing weight is the exercise. Steady, consistent and long-term.
