I'm seeing a lot of people in forums asking about "Activesync can't connect or WMDC can't connect." I looked it up on FAQ AND Tutorials and haven't seen one that talks about it. I decided to make my own tutorials about the two problems.

My question is: Is it better to be in the FAQ or tutorial section?

Edit: If you do make this tutorial, please make sure you research it properly.
There are a great many variables in what you are talking about and it takes quite some experience to understand them all.
