Sry, but this seemed like the only place giving answers. I am returning my handheld before the 30 days, but I was reading their return policy. Are they really going to take 15% off my purchase to take their axim back. Even after all this crappy service. Dell is rediculous lol

All,

We do not have restocking fees. When you return a product within the first 30 days, you will not be charged a restocking fee. The only thing you may be responsibile for is the original shipping you paid when we shipped the order to you and the cost of shipping the product back to Dell.

(This is for Dell US orders. For orders placed outside of the US, you'll want to contact your customer care group for information)

that’s correct. It's called our satisfaction guarantee. No restocking fees, but sometimes you will have to pay for the return shipping. Just depends
