Question PC Outlook Question - Hiding Address Book Name?

Does anyone know of a way to hide the name in a sent email and just show the email address?

For example, in my contacts list I have separate listings for friends email address, like 'Joe - Work' and 'Joe - Home' and 'Joe - Mobile'. I don't want 'Joe - Work' showing at all in the email he recieves, just his email address.

***THIS-->

TO: joe@xxxxxx.com
FROM: me@xxxxx.com

***NOT THIS-->

TO: Joe - Work (joe@xxxxx.com)
FROM: me@xxxxx.com

I like using multiple entries for one person just because it's quicker to send an email to specific accounts.

Thanks!
