Great Service

Just got a e-mail from zones.com, I ordered a firewire cable from them but inadvertently selected the wrong one, any how I had requested a rma to return the cable and ordered the correct one. To my surprise and great delight they aaid to just keep the wrong cable free of charge. This is a great example of customer service and support, sound familiar Dell customer support. I didn't think so.
