what are the best mini dv tapes to buy on amazon.com?

I want good quality but not super $$$$$$.

Ok how about this, do any of you know of a good book to show how to edit dv movies(I am going to be using pinnacle DV studio 8)

I don't really care what brand of tape I use, but right now I use Panasonic which seems fine. And as for editing, I'm sure you can find some tutorials with Google, but it also might come with some.
