Exclamation Mobile phone

I cant seem to find any info on this so i will ask the question.

How do i connect my ericsson T68i to my dell axim?

i know the T68i has bluetooth and irda but i dont have bluetooth so i want to connect via ir.

I have tried lots of things but cant figure it out, any help?

It would be cool to sync my contacts too if the axim can do that with a mobile phone, the ericsson has that feature with a pc but i dont know about with a pda

I have a Nokia 6310i with Irda and Bluetooth. Trying to keep the IR lined up sucks so hard that I went out a bought a Belkin BT CF card. Now I can surf the web walking on the Boardwalk! Too Cool!

I also pull email messages while driving. Tap on check for new messages and put the thing down. It does it all by itself! I only read the messages at stop lights though...wink wink!

Yeah, the best thing would be to get a bluetooth card.

With WM03 it pretty much is. Bluetooth support is built in. Pair up the devices and it's automatic.

For help with this or with Irda connection try this link:

My phone works on ATTW GSM/GPRS service and you have to have a data service with them too. GSM is voice GPRS is data.

I looked on att.com and it looks like the cheapest data plan is 7.99 for 1mb, what plan do you use and does it seem to have enough mb for use with the axim (1 or 2 mb dosent seem like alot)

I think I pay $20.00 for 10mb. I have never gone over. I usually just check email and do very little surfing over the Cell connection. It's just too slow for extended use IMHO. I have a wireless net at home and occasionally use the T-Mobile sites at Starbucks for playing.

So heres a new twist, I just tried to set up my new T68i and att systems down again(I have switched from my old phone to new gsm phone about 1 week ago and now am switching to the T68i) They say they cant get to anyones account info because they are having server problems and after being on the phone with them for 2 1/2 hours, they say it will still be a few weeks before they get everything resolved:(

ATT would be history if I ever had to deal with such nonsence. Here in So.Cal. They have been great! I am having no problems at all right now so it must be a local glitch!

They say they are updating servers and it only affects New activations and Migrations. It is a national problem
