Yes, Tokyoboy was banned, I saw it a couple of days ago. I don't think ChAoZ is trying to stir thing up.

ChAoZ, it's all a coincidence(sp?). The people have have been banned either have the "PDA" thing blank or have something other than a Axim. Chris has said many times that anyone is welcome here.

Now that this is solved, why don't we all lay off of ChAoZ?:)

TokyoBoy has been banned for quite some time now. Nice of you guys to notice oh 6 months later.

He was not banned for not having an Axim, nor has anyone else been banned for that reason. ChAoZ, the reason people get banned is for ignoring the simple rules of this site. (HINT: KAZAA sharing is not permitted) Follow the rules, you have nothing to worry about.

This site has had about 40,000 members over the course of the last year (some were pruned). In that time, there have been 9 usernames that have been banned and of those 9, 5 are one user. So what does that tell you? 5 out of 40,000 members is not many.
