For those of you who like free Bible software. E-Sword who has had free Bible software for the PC, now has it for the Pocket PC. I have not tested it out but I have used their software for the PC and it is excellant. The software includes Bibles, commentaries, dictionaries and devotionals. hnelson59 thanks for the support. kark_1999"s link was for fools, the easily mislead, and for those who like to involve themselves in foolish arguments, and for those who don't like to research the truth of the Gospels on their own.

Haha - you guys are a hoot. Posting a link to a web site that promotes free thought? Heaven forbid!

Hmmm...hnelson59, old friend, you disappoint me. What comments are "not needed'? Why are you so mad? Why did you report me?

bruce made a legit link to software that some who frequent this area would find extremely useful. you post a link that is the antithesis of serious study of the bible. i felt your post reflected a lack of consideration. i felt it was inflammatory as many of your post are. so i reported it. and as i assumed, admin concurs with your inflammatory remarks/post. oh, well. free speech ya know. kiddie porn and such. :p

I agree with hnelson59... Feel free to post that link in your own thread, but putting it as a reply to this thread is viewed as an attack on Bruce's belief. I'm going to remove the link, but feel free to post it in your own thread.

Quit being a bunch of babies! Kark's post was on topic. You people complain about everything.

Here is the link for those who want the truth!

Someone wrote a post about what they believed in, and the reply is totally trashing that person's belief system. This isn't about being on-topic, it's about respecting another person's belief. You have every right to be a skeptic, but there is a time and a place. Like I said earlier, it belongs in its own thread.

No the topic is free bible software, not if the bible is anymore that a bunch of short stories. Anyway, there is no rule on this site that says you can't post your own opinions about the subject. This is the Politics and Relgion thread, not the Pocket PC software thread. Therefore Karks post is legit and therefore should not be removed or edited. What is the point of having a discussion if you can't post a different viewpoint? If you people don't like this, we should just get rid of these forums all together because you can't seem to handle it.

Geez... watch your temper...

Since we're apparently allowed to present alternative viewpoints, here is a link to the Skeptic's Annotated Bible: Corrected and Explained (a counter to the SAB.)

http://skepticsannotatedbible.org/

From the page:
"Dr. Jason Gastrich, B.A., M.A., Th.D, founder of Jesus Christ Saves Ministries, has written a book that will sharpen your mind and encourage your heart. While atheists are trying to undermine our country's biblical foundation, this masterpiece reminds us that the Bible is a book without error.

Dr. Gastrich uses sound, exegetical principles to affirm awesome truths about the Bible's harmony. Even the best arguments used by atheists are shown to be false. Their typical attacks, that circulate the internet and stump unprepared Christians, are debunked and refuted.

This book is a must-have for serious apologists, students of the Word, and hungry, truth seekers. Plus, the free resources bundled with this e-book software are worth more than the price of the book. Click below to learn more about "The Skeptic's Annotated Bible: Corrected and Explained" (ISBN: 0-9732797-2-9)."

gee wiz.
Thanks, cageyjames, for coming to my defense.

Listen, I don't feel very strongly about that link I had posted. I just thought it was food for thought, considering that there was a link to a bible.
