I am in the UK and ordered the X5 and GPS system in Dec 03. The money went from the account in Dec and the X5 arrived in early Jan. No sign of the GPS. I have rung customer services several times and originally was told there was a delay. Lately, all I get is, "I am sorry Sir but we are very busy and will ring you back". They never do. I am about to seek legal advice with a view to suring Dell under the trade descriptions act and theft in that they removed money from my account in the knowledge that they could not supply the goods. They are no better then "Delboy".
