ok i have a delemma...i have sold my axim x5 advanced in september to fund a new laptop...i didnt think i would miss it all that much BUT I DO!!!

ok i have a few options...

buy a used package on here from someone...

buy a new axim x3 or a refurb

or buy an X5 from dell refurb...

ok well i still have my 256MB CF card from my original axim but i dont have to necessarily use it...i could sell it to buy a 128 or 256 SD card....

any chance that the X3 300MHz (pxa263) outperforms the 400MHz X5 (pxa255)?

i have found a x3 300 with cradel on dell refurb for 163 and w/o the cradle for 149...

btw i use the axim for everyday things (so is battery going to be an issue?), mp3 playback, NES emulation, and a divx now and then (although i have a laptop so it is not necessary).

any input would be nice

i would say you need an advanced version with you using nes emulation.

also, one with a cf slot would be nice it sounds like, i would look on ebay and also look at some of the Toshibas, they are also nice ppcs
