Dell Structure assistance.
I too am experiencing GPS hell right now and am going through so many things as others of you have. 8 weeks overdue and am trying to demand a refund - however - I too think I'm stuck with an X5, no GPS and I too wish I'd gone to HP.
However, how frustrating it is when getting bounced around by Dell and not really sure who you're speaking too - I have spoken to India, Bracknell and now Co. Wicklow - but alas, reception at Wicklow by all accounts cannot transfer your call without a name to direct it to if you need to make a complaint.
So heres the idea - no doubt the aximsite administrator will need to check this first. Each of us with our experiences share with all the name of the person at Dell in Customer Relations or such to save weeks of being bounced around. We can say whether they are helpful or a complete waste of time and hopefully and eventually we can get to the source of someone that gives a hoot.
If the admin gives this the thumbs up - I'll post the names I've been speaking to.
