Does antone know if there is a utility that will map the speed of my USB 2.0 add ons? Particularly my external hard drive. sometimes it feels lightning quick and others.... well... ever hear of the tortise and the hare?
The drive is a 7200 rpm and shouldn't be an issue there with a transfer rate measured by GB/s.
Anyone get me going in the right direction here?

Oh come on there has to be someone out there like me that doesn't believe everything they are told and has found a way of double checking it. .....Anyone?
