Well I guess in some cases he (Howie) is right - however I am (1) person that had a very bad time with Dell staff - not wanting to adress warranty issues - TILL one (Sam) showed up @ Dell Canada.
Great person and he was extremly helpful - went out of his way to adress my issues. Hat's off to people like Sam.

So Howie I suggest that maybe u contact Dell again and speak to Sam he the Man.
