Mac address

I need to know where to locate mac address for my Axim 3i and Dell Lattitude 400 laptop, really would rather not call Dell.

If you do a search for mac address you will find several posts that tell you how to do this for the Axim. I am not sure about the laptop.

Use the Control Panel on your PC to access Network Connections. Your wireless adapter should be listed. Right click and select Properties then Configure... The resulting window will vary depending on the utilities included with the adapter but it's likely there will be an About tab that will show the MAC address. If there's no "About" look around on other pages and you should find it.

Or depending on your OS on your desktop run WINIPCFG or IPCONFIG /ALL

LOL. I never noticed the MAC is included in the ipconfig list.
