Customer Service?

I saw a special for a 15% discount and free shipping when checking the status of my X30 H . I called Dell and asked if they would credit my account the difference since my unit is still in Production. The foreign sounding customer service person (using that term loosely) said I would have to cancel my original order and re-order pushing out my delivery date ANOTHER 2 weeks. I asked to talk to a supervisor. They put me on hold then they line went fuzzy and I couldn't understand what was being siad on the other end. I had to hang up and try again.

Another 6 min. on hold and I went through the whole story again. Again I was told no way to do it unless I cancel. AGAIN I asked to speak with a "STUPID_VISOR" Again...I was put on hold and then after waiting 10 minutes the line went dead.

Needless to say....After my Axim comes I will NEVER buy from Dell again. I buy hardware for my company and for my personal use and I am amazed this company is still in business.

I still am looking foward to my unit but ...A POX ON DELL!

They did the price change for me a while back, I spoke to sales.

i emailed CS and they sent me back an email stating that since my Axim was still in production they could not credit my account, so the rep told me to email him back when i receive my axim. I think he may be hoping i will forget, but obviously he doesn't know me i will do almost anything to save a buck (since i am only 15 and even 1 dollar is alot sometimes LOL

) I should be receiving my axim friday, at that time i will email the CS rep and update on the result. I hope you have better luck when you get your axim Sellitman. Also Sellitman may i suggest you use the email service or the online chat service, you usually get an answer quicker and the answer you receive is usually much better.

I called and spoke with them a day or two after placing my order. I had just stumbled across a coupon code I could have used and wanted to apply it to my order. The person with whom I was speaking put me on hold and spoke with somebody. He gave me a reference number to use when I call Dell after my X30H comes and the value of the coupon code will be credited to me. Keep trying!
