i emailed CS and they sent me back an email stating that since my Axim was still in production they could not credit my account, so the rep told me to email him back when i receive my axim. I think he may be hoping i will forget, but obviously he doesn't know me i will do almost anything to save a buck (since i am only 15 and even 1 dollar is alot sometimes LOL

) I should be receiving my axim friday, at that time i will email the CS rep and update on the result. I hope you have better luck when you get your axim Sellitman. Also Sellitman may i suggest you use the email service or the online chat service, you usually get an answer quicker and the answer you receive is usually much better.
