I noticed that someone on this board said that they recieved a discount on their axim because they ordered it off of a Dell pc. I was wondering if this is true? I want to order the high today and ,since Canada does not have the 15% off , I was hoping this was true.

I think you misunderstood.

You need to purchase from Adele....not a Dell.

The problem is, it's really difficult to locate her.......she's off to Milan or Madrid or Sweden, buying clothes or some such nonsense.

I don't think Dell can tell whilst you are ordering if your on a Dell or any other computer. I've never heard this before, but then i've been away for awhile. I would beileive that the only suitable way to do this from Dell's perspective is to give a discount to people that have bought dell computers before as they would know in there records

From time to time Dell does offers additional discounts on theur Axim, however yo generally need to purchase the PC and the Axim together and they do not do a good job of advertising these either. You have to be lucky and hope that you catch the on-line special

not true, i dont have a dell pc and i ordered my Axim 30 and received their 15% discount. they are running a special for a limited time on all Axim orders.:D
