I take it back....
Dell messed up my order SEVERAL times. So many that to finally be done with me they sent me a Axim X30 instead of the X3i replacement.
Long story short I had TWO Axim X3i to return to Dell and they have messed up pick up dates, etc.
Today I call to make sure they don't bill me while on vacation and they said they have one of them back... problem is I am sitting looking at the one they say they have back. So I ask and sure enough the other one (the one I sent) is still due...
So, we sort that out and he tells me to send back the body. I told him that I need to gather the parts and I'll send it tomorrow. He says 'what parts?' I explain to him about the batteries, the cradle, the extra memory, the screen protectors, etc.
Pause... long pause... "Keep them, our system says we have them, the error is on our end if there is one."
Someone else started a thread about how much you paid for an axim X30... well, I'm here to tell you what I paid.
(1) Axim X30 high
(2) Standard batteries
(2) 256MB SD cards
(2) power supplies and cradles
(2) packs of screen protectors
(2) travel sync cables
(2) unread manuals
Total Cost: $208 shipped.
Oh, but before you think I got the deal of the century... they decided to throw in at absolutely no extra charge....
12 hours of yelling
11 weeks of fuming
10 countries called
09 email addresses
08 promises unkept
07 sleepless nights
06 holes punched in walls
05 trans---fers per call
04 states products shipped from
03 contacts to the better business bureau
02 letters from executives
01 long process to satisfy the customer.

You must have a business account with Dell. I'm also have 2 Axims (one X3i, one X30), and at one time, need to send both of them back. Dell messed up my returns. I bought 3 years of exteded warranty and complete care on both units, and after one month of the transactions, the warranties have not yet transferred to the new replacement units.

I was feeling festive when I got the news, and I knew I could think of at least 12 things... just don't try to sing the song with my examples, cause I tried, and it just aint right.

^^Temporary... It's kindof weird looking but it'll do for now...
Do you think marquees are permently gone?
BTW, what is the thing to type so I can get that box and where do you get the list of things to type that'll do things like this? (ie. marquee, that box thing...)
Thanks

The list is in my head...though you could probably find it somewhere else...the code for that box is [code]...of course there is a corresponding /code at the end...

For one, put the white font tags around your [code] statement...that way you won't see the "Code:" header before your text box!
