CFL: Ottawa Renegades.. the only team no longer taking itself too seriously... it's the CFL!!!
NHL: Quebec Nordiques... you all know them now as the Colorado Avalanche
MLB: Any team not built on a steroid-filled franchise player
MLB player: Vladdy Guerrero... saw him play up close in Montreal (when there still was baseball IN Montreal), the guy is awesome and looks all natural
Cricket: I'm North American... I typically don't know squat about cricket... though it has more fans worldwide than all the above mentionned sports! We won't even get into rugby or soccer (real football)
Curling: The Canadian's men and women's teams... what can I say... Canada - curling
World Poker Championships: poker is NOT a sport
Golf: see poker (though Tiger and the new generation DO make a compelling arguement)
Golf player: John Daily (who doesn't make a compelling arguement)
Axim contibuter: Frenchy (with props to Chris and many many others...)

Let's just say I am a Pittsburgh fan:

1. NFL: Yooour WORLD CHAMPION PITTSBURGH STEELERS

2. MLB: the now last place Pirates and the newly formed Washington Nationals and the Seattle Mariners (three really bad teams). Although, I have also been known to route for the Sox (both White and Red).

3. NHL When I watch it anymore, the Penguins

4. College sports Usually Pitt, but Itend to watch any Big East, Big Ten and MAC games.

Also, Lance Armstrong. Huge Lance Armstrong fan. The guy is just untouchable.
