I just sent a link to my wife, who was busy in the kitchen catching up on some music research.... waited about 5 minutes, then I heard the commercial music.... then she just about fell off her chair and the gasp was pretty darn hilarious. Tickled the sadist in me, but she was a bit mad. Five minutes later she was still saying her heart rate was too fast, but the mad had worn off and she was emailing the link to her sister in Tokyo. Dang, that's startling the first time one sees it!

Yeah I know and it's really funny to trick someone into watching it. In the summer I was working at honda(Selling hotdogs. Yeah I know my summer job was pathetic but it was the only summmer job i could get for my age (14)) Anyways, My boss called me in and said he wanted us(Meaning the whole staff) to see the new commercial for a new honda car. And well you can guess the rest ;)
