What you can do with your CF slot if you don't have a CF card...
I thought I'd start an "accessory list" for those who don't like accessories (grin).
WHAT TO DO WITH YOUR AXIM CF SLOT IF YOU DON'T HAVE A CF CARD...
1. Use it to store eight SD cards.
2. Keep a few Tic-tacs on hand
3. Extra car and house keys (be sure to insulate the key so you don't short the contacts)
OK, your turns... :p

I keep it plugged with the dummy plug that came with the unit to keep dust and water out of the unit. Other times I use the Targus CF modem and either of my 2 SanDisk CF cards (40 & 128 MB). Have moved most of the data on the CF memory cards to my new SanDisk 256 MB card so the slot remains open for the Modem to retrieve mail and surf the internet.

metreece,
I believe that the OP's uses were tongue-in-cheek.
For example, if you're not comfortable with digital porn, yet still want to store naked pictures on your Ax, you could fold this month's Penthouse Pet into a 1x1" square and place her in the CF slot.
;)

I guess it wasn't on my list of priorities... celebate by choice.
You know, I actually DID think about folding up paper to put in there... but what I thought of was a quick reference sheet.
OK, lessee.... another thing you could put in the CF slot....
An HP 1910... ???

My wife doesn't understand. She keeps on telling me I could replace my Ax with a small paper notebook. She means well ... so mabe it's a good place for that notebook. The best of both worlds!

I keep tissue in mine for ipaq users. When they see the Ax and I tell them the price, there is always tears involved.

I was actually kidding in that first message about storing SD cards there. To find someone actually doing so is a blast.
That really is a good idea (well, until someone comes up with a good CF camera, anyway).
