install vnc and have it run on startup or a keylogger.
I can't tell from what you stated whether you are trying to view concurrently, or if you want to know what ppl do on the computer (shared computer) while you were out.

i think there are some monitoring programs out there if you want to monitor someones machine that you have access to. I cant remember names right now but as a remember they were a little pricey

if you want to log what people are typing, there is a little gadget on www.cyberguys.com that goes in between the keyboard connection and logs all the things that people type to be viewed later :)

Well if you would want to see read their email, email passwords, webpages they went to, etc. You can do all that without having access to their computer, just need to be on the same network. A nice little program by eEye digital. I have it and it works like a charm. Email passwords, instant messenging, other passwords, webpages, bandwidth uses, etc. Lots of info.

All I can tell you and I would be leary about FREE program like this. There is a back door, as I found out. That a programer will have access to everything once you installed his/her program on your pc. You just don't know about it.
