some of this may be off from memory
but
popular mechanic predict computers will be 1.5 ton
either ibm/dec/intel or one of the older companies said something like why would anyone want to own a computer
bell's telephone didnt get picked up because they think it suck and telegraph rule.
among many others
ppl, and most of them very bright successful individuals/companies and most of us just fail to see the future and recognize something
instead of bashing gates, why not champion his brilliance or ibm's stupidity of either bill selling his licensing plan to ibm and ibm figuring that there is little marekt in PC and it is more cost effective to license it instead of buying it outright.
