Let's get serious - what's your fav ice-cream?

I've just mentioned it on another thread and thought we could all make ourselves drool by revealing our favourite ice-cream flavour.

Mine is mint choc-chip but here in the UK I haven't found a good one for years, only one or two suppliers produce it but the ingredients seem to be more from a pharmeceutical company rather than real ice-cream.

What's your fav?

Ben and Jerry's Cherry Garcia is sinfully good. Made in Vermont (New England). Unfortunately I haven't seen it in my many trips to the original England.

If I were picking a brand name, I'd have to go with Breyer's Natural Vanilla with vanilla bean specks. From a generic ice cream shop perspective, I'm going with cookies and cream.

I love everything that's coffee flavored - including Haagen Daaz Coffee Ice Cream!

Choclate Chip Cookie dough - drool....... I used to love Cherry Garcia, but ever since B&J sold the company the ice cream isn't as good. If you lived in the Twin Cities you could go to a locally made shop here - to die for.........

Chocolate Monster (I think that is what it is called. It is chocolate ice cream with peanut butter mixed in) and Moose Tracks

The ice cream that you get from shop vendors in Germany. It's called Italian Ice but it's not the frozen crap that we call Italian Ice.

Or Dreamery Chocolate Peanut Butter Chunk

Nothing beats French Vanilla here. Vanilla which, I just heard on the news today, was rated as the #1 ice cream flavour in the US. I'm trying to find a link to that story to send to my friend who likened liking vanilla to having your favourite colour be "beige". :D

Yessir, French vanilla... mmmm...
Classy, yet satisfying.
Or maybe I'm just a boring person.

anything with either chocolate or fudge in it.

it can be any variation of that theme, although I do prefer chocolate & rather then straight chocolate. Nothing tastes better then chocolate. ;)
