Linux on the X50v

Hi everybody. Does anyone know if it is possible to run Linux on the new X50v series?

currently, no. none of the current releases will work for any x50's. the coders have to write drivers for the specific hardware fist, then work out bugs, etc...it could take a while, if it happens at all, but i pray every night that it will.

With dual slots and newer hardware it could have a lot of potential.

Considering that neither the X5 or the X3 have support yet, and noone has even mentioned the X30 for linux...i wouldnt bet on it soon. Doesnt make me happy either, but its the truth.
