Well, on my Mac I run adiumX www.adiumx.com for messenger and it also has an option that allows me to show what I am playing in iTunes... well here ya go...... I copied and pasted .. I also have another dealio that shows what is currently playin in itunes for a website or signature, but I haven't set it up yet...

I use iTunes too. It's better than winamp and Windows Media. That's just my opinion...
