Dell Support Sucks!

My dad got me a E173FP flat panel monitor for christmas and it came with a few dead pixels. I got on ebay and when I tried to get support I was told that they couldn't help me. It has a 3 year warranty. That is a poor way of taking care of your customers. Does anyone know what I should do? The dead pixels are really annoying when playing games etc...

Thanks,
Derek

Answer: Use Dell Support via the internet.... Don't bother calling. From computers to LCD to Laptop Keyboard issues, I have found I can get an answer and a resolve 100000x's faster and with less headache when using online support.

LCDs=Quick Death=Useless after a short time.

Unfortunately, there is an acceptable limit to how many dead pixels per screen are allowed. This sucks, I know.
