Big Smile Six Nations Rugby Starts Today!!!

Further to some banter on a previous Post, i think it was "Do you think Bush will Invade Iran?".

Just thought I'd mention the Rugby Six Nations Start TODAY, No it's Not the World Series, although the World Champions - England are playing today!

A game without excessive Padding or Helmets!! Har!
(Sat)France v Scotland
(Sat)Wales v England
(Sun) Italy v Ireland

Enjoy!!!!!
:)

I don't think we'll win the 6 nations this time; with the injuries the team have (Wilkinson, Greenwood, etc) we're just not looking as invincible as we once did.

I'm still hoping though! And blatantly we're still going to pummel the Welsh!

I'd like to be up to watch it, but....

There is a vague possibility I'll be up anyway as the kids have a habit of getting me out of bed at such hours. mmm... wish I had a TV Tuner for the Ax, then I could just watch in bed with out disturbing others ...

It'd be nice to see the welsh kick the english, but not as nice as it would be to see the aussies do it :D

Am looking forward to it, unfortunately, England has a lot of Injuries and Wales seem to be getting ontop of their Game, so will a weak Champion England Team still be able to topple the leak eating nation?? Bring it On!! :approve:

Well, I no practically nothing about rugby (or this tournament), but since my brother-in-law is from Florence, Italy, I guess I'll have to root for them.

Rugby? What's that?

Isn't it the same thing as American football?

Wales deserved their win (and that pains me to say) and I agree that Scotland were unlucky.

Well done Wales

For Xdalaw and for those that missed it:

This little fella (Shane Williams) is as slippery as an eel:

And he slid over in the corner for a try (for the England fans on the site that is when you CARRY the ball over the line at the end of the pitch - rather than kicking it):

And then just at the end you get the best player on the pitch (by some distance) to try and win the game with a kick from 'wrong' side of the pitch, and watch the crowd go wild behind him:

Going down the local pub tonight by any chance Jogga? I am sure that you would be warmly welcomed (for those that don't know Jogga is an Englishman living in Wales).
